  14. I am thinking of buying a 28.8 or 33.6 modem.  Which one should I get?
  15. There were articles about upgrading the 28.8 modem to 33.6 through the 
  16. modem's BIOS.  Another article mentioned getting a ROM chip that will
  17. upgrade the modem.  Is this true?  What type modem can I get (28.8) and 
  18. upgrade by software or hardware with no or little cost?
